The shoulder strap broke a few days after I had it. I wasn’t carrying anything very heavy. I also think it could be improved by having a hook and loop closure inside the top. The way it is, only the handle closes it. Fortunately, the handle is long enough to wear over one shoulder. It’s roomy and just the right size. It has plenty of pockets inside and out and they’re conveniently designed. The fabric is strong and it’s the color I was looking for.

I love this. It holds everything that I need and it is sturdy.

I purchased this bag knowing there was a very good chance the cross body strap was going to break. So, at the same time I purchased the bag I bought a few other fun high quality straps to add to my collection. I love changing out straps for different occasions, but I am quirky like that.This bag has pockets for everything!My husband and I both take books wherever we go and this bag is perfect for holding them! It even has little pockets that are the perfect size for reading glasses. AND it holds my 32oz Hydro Flask upright - I have never found anything that has accommodated my water bottle. So, don't mind me as I jump up and down.It is versatile. I can use it for work if I want or take it to the park on a Saturday afternoon to relax and read with my husband.I love the way it looks. It is 💯 my style. Especially since I can swap out the different cross body straps. It is machine washable which is also a major benefit for me! My work takes me all over the community but my home-base is in the hospital. Therefore, when I get home I want to wash everything as soon as I get in the door. This bag makes that possible.Also, it is only as heavy as you make it because the bag itself is very light and it can fold easily for storage when not in use which is awesome because if you are like me you can use it for traveling! I store it in my luggage and then when we arrive I have my amazing bag to use wherever we are headed for the day.I would give it 5 stars but a strap that breaks within minutes of wearing it is something that really needs to be addressed! Personally, I would have purchased others to swap back and forth anyway, however I would have loved to be able use the green at times.I love bags and I am over the 🌙 about this purchase!

I have a very light computer, and because there is a photo saying that this product specifically can hold and protect electronics, I began using this bag for school. All I carry is one notebook and my computer, and on the first day of classes the snaps to the shoulder strap broke, and my bag fell off of my shoulder. My computer ended up cracking from the contact. This bag is fine as a tote, but should not be used for school.

Love this bag and all the compartments! It’s been great it use and stuff it with everything I use on a regular basis! A great product I highly recommend if using everyday for work and school!

A lot of room. Only problem was that the hooks for the shoulder strap could be a little stronger.
