72” Recessed and Wall Mounted Fire Places Electric Fireplace Ultra Thin with Remote Control, Toucn Screen

This fireplace is perfect. I love all the options for flame color and rock color. The flames are tallb which I love and fill the window area.The heater works well does a good job of heating my main family area which is about 450 sq ft. The installation was easy I was able to do it myself. It looks beautiful from any angle. Everyone comments on how stunning it is, and what an amazing focal point it is for the room. It is a fabulous buy for the money!I would absolutely buy this fireplace again!

Looks and works great. I thought it was going to look cheap in person, but it turned out to be really nice. Colors are bright and nice looking. The remote works well and easy to figure out.

I shopped around and looked at multiple electric fireplaces and decided to go with this one because of the price, and the positive reviews it has already received. 72” and I elected to frame around the fireplace, rather than surface mounting it.Installation was easy, but in anticipation of receiving the fireplace I framed and drywalled the opening before the fireplace arrived, by downloading the instructions. I will say, the RO dimensions they gave me were a bit tight. I had to make modifications to install the fireplace but nothing major, only took about 10 minutes. To be safe, add 1/4” all the way around your rough opening and the fireplace will go in smoothly (see note below).*The power cable is on the (right) side of the box, so if framing around the box you will need to notch the framing for the power cord.*The function is great, colors are amazing and vivid and the flames look pretty real. Creates an amazing ambiance. The heat function is pretty good too, but I live in Vegas so it will never be used.

This brings such a great experience to my lounge. Choosing colors to suit your mood, having a warm cozy feel without having to turn on the heat is great, We absolutely love the ease of the remote control.

The media could not be loaded. Great large skinny fireplace. We built a wall for it with shelves on one side and the acoustic panels on the other. Really makes the room warm. We will never use the heat as we are in FL. It's for ambiance. Really gives a great ambiance at night. No sounds at all from the unit. They had great customer service as the electrical didn't work on the original one it was blinking, flashing and shorted out. Also the fan was running 24-7 with the original one. They replaced the non-working unit. Also the remote didn't work as well on the one with the electrical issues. They are responsive if you have issues.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 72" version to provide both ambiance and warmth to my rec room that is located in my chilly basement. So far, I've been very pleased with my purchase. The fireplace (at least the 72" version) is fairly heavy. I was able to move it downstairs easily by myself, however. I Will say that having some help mounting it may be required. It arrived very well packaged and without cosmetic flaws. You have the options of flush mounting the unit into the wall, mounting it atop the wall surface, like I chose to do, or simply allowing it to stand freely using the legs provided. Flush mounting it probably looks the sharpest, but that wasn't an option for me. Honestly, I'm still just as happy mounting it the way I did as the fireplace has a slim profile and only sticks out from the wall about 3.5 inches. Installation was not difficult at all, but as I mentioned, it would be easier with a helping hand. Just mount the bracket on the wall, hang the unit on the bracket and lock things in with screws. It comes with a remote control that works, but frankly, it's not the best. I find myself having to click the buttons several times before I can get the fireplace to respond or having to walk closer to the unit itself. This is inly a minor nuisance since there's not much of a reason to use the remote often once you have your preferred settings dialed in. The bottom right hand corner of the fireplace also has touch screen buttons that control all functions of the unit as well in case you were to lose the remote. The fireplace has two heat levels or you can turn off the heat feature entirely and simply use it to provide a relaxing atmosphere to almost any room. I'm not sure how well it would heat up a larger room, but for my little 250sqft basement room, it does the job well. It's very quiet and it has a timer feature so it will automatically shut off once set. Finally, it looks fantastic! There are several different color options to choose from for both the flames and the rocks. They cam be changed independently of each other allowing for all sorts of color combinations to suit your preference.I knocked off one star for the not so great remote and because the first unit arrived defective. After mounting it and plugging it in, the unit would not receive power at all. I tried my best to troubleshoot it, but to no avail. I decided to reach out to the manufacturer and to say that they were helpful would be an understatement. First and foremost, they were apologetic, very responsive, and eager to make things right. They asked that I provided them a brief video showing them the issue I was having and they were willing to walk me through troubleshooting steps if they felt it was something that could be remedied remotely. In my case, it could not be, so they then offered to provide me a full refund or to send me a brand new unit at no cost to me, which is what I ended up doing. This was a little inconvenient, but since they did not require me to send the old one back, there's not a lot more I could ask of them. They did make things right and did so quickly.Overall, if you're looking to add a really cool focal piece to almost any room, give this fireplace a shot. It grabs the eye and really adds to not only the aesthetics, but the coziness of whatever room it's placed in!
