Great Insoles if You Need Arch Support
I have really high arches and the balls of my feet can really take a lot of pressure on my feet when I'm exercising. I wear Brooks Ghost running shoes which provide the best support I've found but feel their insoles aren't the most cushioning. I have tried at least a dozen different insoles but refuse to spend a lot of money on a pair that I still have to replace every couple of months. I've tried other insoles from Dr. Scholl's as well, but these are the ones I found to be the best for arch support and especially cushioning for the balls of my feet. I always pull the original inserts from my shoes as soon before added any insoles. Not doing so tends to make your feet cramped inside your shoes unless the insoles are super thin. I exercise a couple of times each day and like to rotate a couple of pairs of these so each one has at least a day to air out between days of use. I'm sticking with these and am grateful that Amazon offers them via Subscribe & Save, which saves me even more.

Comfy and long lasting
This is my second set of these insoles. I put them in clogs to snug up the fit. They are comfortable and nice looking. I can easily trim them with scissors to fit the clogs.

Didn't take the pain away
I work at Amazon. I walk and stand for 12 hours a night, so good insoles are a must. These helped for a few hours into a shift and they are better than no insoles, but these were not effective enough to get me through a 12 hour shift. I've gone through so many different insoles now and I decided to try that Dr. Scholl's custom insole machine at the grocery store that matches you to the best insole. It's really the only insole that's actually helped. They're $50, but I highly suggest them to people who have tried tons of different insoles with no success. My fiancee has flat feet and the ones he got matched with help him too.

First time I could walk pain-free in months!
I have struggled with footwear to help with back, hip,leg and foot pain for decades, and I spend a lot of money to be able to walk successfully. In fact, I just bought several pairs of shoes and sneakers, wore them a while, felt comfortable for a while but eventually put them in the closet searching for a more comfortable pair. I was just about to look for a new pair when I realized my problem may be the need for new innersoles.I found these and took a chance because they are refundable - they let me go back to wearing the sneakers I had been so satisfied with when I first bought them. All it took was the appropriate cushioning. I am happy I figured this out and plan to get a pair for all the shoes and sneakers in my closet.

Fairly easy to fit to my shoes
I’d read some reviewers mention tracing the old insert onto the new to know where to cut to fit. I did so, but when I flipped them over to start cutting, I noticed size marks at the tip and the one lined up with my trace line was about a 1/2 size large- So pretty close. On the second one I just used the mark without tracing. I did also remove a little material from the inside edge of each foot cause they were a little wider than my shoes. The bumps are slightly noticeable, but overall these are comfortable & don’t take too much space in my shoes. I’d definitely buy these again.

Awesome but made my feet stink!
Never had an issue with my feet having an odor. i put these into my shoes i wear every single day. after about 2 weeks my feet and socks just wreak. not sure if my feet are sweating or what's up with it. but i know it's not the shoes because ive been wearing them for years. kind of a bummer, but otherwise the insoles are great. very comfortable. easy to cut down to size using your old ones. have revitalized my old shoes. just couldnt give 5 stars bc of the stink!
