Beautiful fairy book....
It is so difficult to choose a book when there are no decent pictures of what is inside so I decided to take a risk on this book as it consists of 2 themes that I like - Art Deco and Fairies. I am so pleased with it, the paper quality is good and the pages are only attached in the middle with a couple of staples so easy enough to take a page out. The only drawback is the pictures are on both sides and felt pens definitely seep through; but you can do what I have just done and order a second book [they are not expensive] so I can use my sharpies as much as I want. If you like fairies buy this one, I have taken some photos so you can get a better idea of the content of this book - ENJOY!!

A delightful book
This book was such a surprise and I can only hope that we see some more drawings by Carol Craig. They are very attractive, well executed and a joy to colour. I found the portrayal of the so called "fairies" particularly attractive. So often they are given silly simpering faces but not these they all look like normal pretty girls. Admittedly in drapey dresses and I cannot say that I have seen many girls with floaty wings passing me in the supermarket !As somebody else has remarked the paper, whilst adequate is not suitable for markers. Also I like to use aqua pencils and water on larger areas and the paper does wrinkle slightly. It is a good idea to contemplate buying a second copy and at £2.99 it is not going to break the bank. However a method I often employ, just for my own private use, is to copy the drawing onto 120gsm paper and that seems to avoid wrinkles if I use paint as well as crayon. So to sum up a very attractive a economic addition to the colourists library

Not just for children...
It's really rather relaxing to dig out a pack of coloured pencils and a colouring book and spend a little time bringing colour to these garden flower fairies. The designs remind me a little of the works of Alphonse Mucha, which is no bad thing as I like his art. The paper is decent quality and although I have only used coloured pencils the pictures look very nice when they're coloured in. I'm about halfway through this book already and I'm hoping this artist will have another book soon.

Courier left parcel out in the rain
Item was as described. Unfortunately the courier simply left my parcel outside in the rain in full view of any passersby. When I eventually saw it my item was wet through and ruined. Unacceptable.

Beautiful images, poor paper.
The designs are gorgeous, really beautiful images. The big downside is that the paper is quite inferior (you can partially see the design behind it) and the images are double sided. Fine for me as I use pencils, but if you use pens, you will have to sacrifice one of the images behind it. I wish I knew how to add pictures, because the designs really are lovely. If the paper was better, it would definitely be 5 stars. A shame for the artist to be let down by this.

These fairies are beautiful, so many colouring options
These fairies are beautiful, so many colouring options, I may have to buy another one when it's finished. I wonder why there are no other colouring books by Carol Craig, at least none I can find.

To heavy black out lines
A shame on jy one the ink was was heavy and thick black lines. Not the best for colouring. It ruined lovely pictures.
