Limited size choice through Amazon left me a size too big but was so happy with this awesome hat I bought stuff to fix the issue rather than the hassle of returning. Great quality beautifully finished I couldn’t recommend it higher. It also goes awesomely with My authentic fourth doctor who 13ft scarf!!! #whovian

Really impressed with the quality and look of this hat

A good quality product but larger than expected and not in accordance with the size guide as published !!I have had to pad the crown/brim to stop it falling on my ears.Very disappointing for an expensive product !!.Ther are many better fitting,less expensive products available at lower prices.

I love the hat and now I have the right size (bought from the Borges & Scott Web site £5 cheaper) it's fantastic but was annoyed that when ordered from Amazon the size guide does not match the one on the companies own website. So I had to send the first hat back. Would advise any customer to check the company website for an accurate size guide.

It seems like a great product, however I can't write a full review to to receiving a size 60 (L).I ordered a Large because the size guide lists a large as 58 and 59 and I fall between the two, closer to 58.This arrived and is marked inside as a 60 size L.EditI contacted the seller direct via email and they were incredibly helpful. They sent me a returns label and I posted out the oversized hat.Today the correct size arrived. The fit is perfect and the hat is very comfortable. It's just what I wanted and I can't thank Erica at the sellers enough.Excellent customer service and once the size issue was sorted, the hat is perfect for me.Uprated to 5* as a result.But watch Amazon's sizing.....it ain't right and the seller needs to contact Amazon and get that sorted.It's far too big.Reading reviews (too late for me) I should have ordered a different size. It seems everyone is having similar issues and both Amazon and the seller need to sort out the size guide.I'll be contacting the seller tomorrow about it. I guess this is a regular problem as they include an A4 document saying, "Need a different size"!Be careful when placing your order as the sizing is all wrong.

Quality item, fits very well.

I collect all kinds of hats for reasons that I'm not entirley sure of but everyone one has some kind of quirk. This is lovely hat but the problem I had was it's so big, I ordered a large as I always do (59cm -7 1/4 as per the size chart shown) but when I got the hat it swamped my head and had about an inch of play around my head.There is some confusion about sizing on the listing so be carefull.

A wonderful quality hat, that I would thoroughly recommend.Was really thinking of going for the dark brown, but in the end I went for the olive green for something different. Am pleased to say that, in reality, it is a dark olive colour and is a lovely colour, certainly not run of the mill.The hat is beautiful quality and very light. After a while, you won't even realise you are wearing it. My family think it looks very smart on me and 'snazzy'. Not sure about me being snazzy, but it's a great hat.In addition, I have since had direct dealings with the suppliers' retail shop, and they are fantastically helpful, happy to answer any questions and have provided me with great advice on looking after my new prized possession (thanks, David!). A great company to deal with, and with good old fashioned customer service at their heart. Totally recommend.

Ben zeer tevreden met deze hoed. Brede rand die mooi horizontaal blijft. De kwaliteit is vergelijkbaar met mijn Stetson Vitafelt die twee keer zoveel heeft gekost in een hoodshop 5 jaar geleden. De hoedmaat 58 komt perfect overeen met de omtrek van mijn hoofd 58 cm. Een aanrader…
