It was good. Packaged good.

I also consume mullein tea in a regular bases but I like to take these every six months for a cleanse.

After some lingering respiratory issues I have been searching for something to support my lungs. This was helpful but not everything I needed to recover *which shouldn't deter from the benefits or rating of this supplement). The quality is great. It was helpful and worked quickly. It tastes fine. Easy to swallow.I recommend it.

Took my first pill as directed and 1 hr later i felt something positive like my lungs was opening up again breathing better. the next day I was spitting out old mucus that was stuck since who knows how long.

I was skeptical in taking a pill to improve lung functions, but the list of ingredients were things I've heard of. After taking for a couple of weeks, I haven't noticed any change in my lung capacity, breathing ability, etc. As other reviewers have noted, these are only claims by the manufacturer, nothing proven yet. The expiration date was still far enough into the future, the pills had no funny smell or taste to them either - that's always a plus.

I took 1 of these pills a day for 6 days and noticed no improvement to respiratory function (in fact seemed worse). I forgot the 7th day and did not take one today and I'm breathing (and feeling) better than while I was taking these pills. It seemed to aggravate the phlegm, congestion and slightly wheezy breathing that I got these for in the first place.I did seem to have to pee more often in the last week and was often thirsty (and I tend to stay super hydrated)There is no country of origin/manufacture listed on the bottle, only "Formulated in the USA" and "Distributed By". Shady.
