I very much like this lip color. When I first applied it, it psyched me out making me think it was a lipstick. I was almost disappointed. Then like magic, it becomes a glossy balm. But it's not gloopy like gloss, it has more of a lipstick texture than a lipgloss texture. This comes in five colors that are natural nude tones. I got the color Love Language, which is a peachy-pink nude. It's actually more peach than pink. if I were to purchase another, I'd go with Undone, a sheer pinky nude. Because I have "mature" skin, it's almost expected that glossy lip colors will bleed. In anticipation, I ordered an Iconic London lip liner (which I'll write a separate review for) to wear with it. Amazingly, the lip liner isn't necessary because Melting Touch Lip Balm does not bleed! I'll wear the liner with it anyway because it tones down the peachiness. For twenty-two dollars at the time of review, this lipstick/balm/gloss is affordable quality. I have this lip balm in two colors, Love Language and In the Nude. On my skintone (pale with pink undertones), Live Language is a better color. I like them both, but I feel like In the Nude is a bit too orange-brown for my coloring. The formula is nice and hydrating. It has a lot of shine. The colors are rich, but still fairly natural and neutral. I find the click packaging to be a little bit finicky, but it’s a good product overall. I would definitely order from this brand again.

This is one of the best lip balms with color pigment that I've tried. It's not crusty and it dries down nicely. It still looks like a nice lip tint once it starts wearing off. When I first applied this I thought it felt like putting on a luxurious lip balm. I received the shade: Sitting Pretty. It is a muted rosy pink color that has some brown in it. It's a perfect shade for deeper skin tones. I paired it with Iconic's "Serving Lewks" lip liner.It goes on smooth like butter, it's lightweight and breathable. It is a nice gloss finish that doesn't look oily or gummy. It is not sticky and the product doesn't look patchy. It's an even tone on the first swipe.The lip container snaps down with a tight closure. This has a twist-up container design. It has a shelf life of 36 months but you may go through this pretty quickly since you use a good amount of product per application (even for one swipe). The lip balm has a slight fruity scent that isn't too kiddy.Overall, I'm impressed by this lip balm and would like to explore more color options. This is similar to melted lipstick (in appearance) but with more hydration (doesn't dry your lips out). You will forget you're wearing it since it is truly a lip balm. It does smudge a bit after a few drinks but not too much to embarrass you. I'm adding this to my faves.

It’s like Iconic London took your typical lip balm and made it 10x better! With their Melting Touch Lip Balm, they’ve combined the ease and comfort of a simple lip balm swipe, but made it feel super nourishing and added a nice wash of color. Once applied, my lips feel super hydrated and not at all sticky. The packaging feels super high-end, with a mirrored tube and a simple twist to click up for more product. They even infused a very pleasant scent into the product, making for a full sensory experience!

This is a great lip balm which has beautiful color and is very hydrating. I like the melting effect after wearing it on the lips. It does not dry out and has a sheer finish.However, I have to reduce one star due to the design. Once you twist the tube there is no way to get it back.... very weird design.

I was surprised by how moisturizing this stuff was. I'm used to matte lipsticks so it was nice wearing this and it keeping my lips hydrated. It goes on very smooth. Like I don't understand how it's a solid smooth lol. The color is very pigmented in my opinion and is good quality. Would recommend.

So in my opinion this glides on easily and feels smooth and silky. The color though is much more make-you-look-like-a-corpse than I thought it’d be and it could be because it clashes with my skin tone and undertones… but it didn’t come out looking like the color in the photo.. much more pale and sickly.

Wow! I've tried dozens of lip balms and oils and they are usually about the same as any other. That being said, I was blown away when I tried this Melting Touch Lip Balm from Iconic London. I ordered in the color Strapless. It is accurate to the photo on the listing.The color is a gorgeous muted coral color. The balm truly does melt into my lips. It feels great going on and I can tell it's very moisturizing. It may just be me, but I feel like this balm makes my lips look poutier and fuller.I love that this makeup is cruelty free and vegan. I've had the opportunity to try multiple products from Iconic London and every single one has knocked it out of the park. I'll definitely purchase in the future - I've been contemplating ordering this melting balm in another color because I love it that much.
