I'm a huge fan of Himalaya's products and this is from a reputable brand that is commonly found in most grocery stores so I wasn't skeptical about taking these. These pills weren't overly large and were very easy to take. I didn't experience any negative side effects and I liked the sealed bottle with information on both the bottle and the box. While I haven't gotten sick, I also don't notice anything new going on with my body. Overall I am pleased with this product and felt comfortable trying it knowing who made it and where it was made.

Many broken pills when arrived.

I can't speak to potency or the actual content of the pill, and didn't see any third party testing which would confirm that. Testing results would be ideal.The pills and packaging were satisfactory. Arrived with safety seal in place and prior to "best by" date. The pills felt a bit "sticky" in the throat, needing some extra water, but went down fine after that.As far as impact, I didn't experience any overt or noticeable changes, which was consistent with the other 4-5 forms of quercetin I've taken. I take them with the expected benefits of longevity due to the antioxidants. Please be sure to do your research and consult with your doctor or nutritionist to make sure your supplements stack and consumption timing is well balanced and not counteracting/counteracted by other consumption.

Quercetin helps me to support my immune system. This bottle is a two month supply if you take the one caplet per day that is recommended. I don't have any trouble swallowing the caplet, and I have not had any negative side effects from it. Thankful this is produced in the USA in a cGMP facility. I am pleased with this supplement and I recommend that you research its health benefits and talk to your health care professional to see if it is right for you.

I got these to add to the other supplements I take every day. These are one of the few that I have in a glass bottle. I like that.The caplets aren't difficult for me to swallow and there is no bad aftertaste. All in all, I like them and I think they're a good addition to my daily supplements.

I’ve never been crazy about larger tablets, between the size and the squared edges they’re a little harder to swallow. They’re not enormous the way calcium and or magnesium supplements are, but they’re large enough and have edges so I can’t take them in a handful with other pills.They seem to work fine, but less than comfortable to take so I’ll be switching brands when it’s time to reorder.
