I have used the brand before directly from the website and was happy with the product. This box however, did not work. The adhesive applicatior had solidified so it didn’t come out and the small lash stickers were not sticky at all.Waste of money.

Awful! This product really is awful. I've used other brands and liked them, this time I went for this expensive brand expecting wonders well, I didn't even get to use lotion 1. The pads are so terrible they don't stick, and whats even worse the glue doesn't come out, I spent about 20 minutes trying to get some glue out the tube and its impossible, with the little amount I barley managed to get out I tried to stick my lashes down but it just wasn't working as it wasn't enough glue. After 45 min I accept defeat! Total waste of money, this product is really just awful and I wish I hadn't of spent my money on it.

2 years ago I had Bell’s Palsy, before this I would regularly have a salon lash lifts which would last months, since having Bell’s palsy only my non effected eye lashes would lift which was disappointing and a massive waste of money. I used this product a week ago and my lashes are still lifted, I just had to spend more time on my affected eye but really happy and will purchase again. Very easy to follow, step by step guide, took around an hour in total for both eyes and great value for money.

Ordered a non branded kit like this before which was good. Thought I'd treat myself to a branded one and seen adverts for Luxe. Well this was by far the worst £25 I've ever wasted my money on. The glue is absolutely awful. It's so thick and dry it doesn't even come out of the tube. The eye pads are meant to be adhesive but they aren't at all. Pritt stick would have been stickier! Worst product I've ever bought. Don't waste your money!

Looking at some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical and I did do a patch test before to make sure everything would be okay which it was I am personally very happy with my results however the reviews were right about the glue to stick your lashes down mine was not sticky at all and was very thick so it may have gone off so I did use my own which was eylure but overall I would recommend for anyone wanting a cheaper alternative to getting them done in a salon as the kit provides three lifts

Item arrived on time, no faults there. However it is impossible to get the pads to stick to the eyelid, even after watching tutorials, cleaning the eyelids and lashes with baby shampoo as recommended. It just doesn't stick, the glue is dry and unusable. Waste of time and money.EDIT: after re trying, I managed to get the eyelash lift to work. I used a eyelash glue I already had (the glue in this pack is completely unusable) and used medical tape to stick the pads on to my eyelid (no matter how hard I tried to before, they just would not stick to my lid) however it worked and stayed lifted for 6 weeks. Delighted I found a way around it
