I love these good ! Good and spicy lots of flavor down to the yolk but the jar is very small ! It’s 13 dollars for 6 eggs but the taste is def worth it ! They are spicy but not spicy to the point you can’t enjoy them ! Will def be buying again but maybe from the company’s site cause these are a bit steep on Amazon

I took the chance at buying these through Amazon but it' simply money down the drain. The seal was loose and I thought maybe they were ok because they smelled just fine, however the after taste was rancid and made me gag. I am not that easily grossed out, but these did that trick.Honestly, I don't know if they are good in the right situation - I just caution you from purchasing these here because it's a crap shoot with your money.

I’ve always been curious about stuff like this. You see these eggs in places like bait and tackle shops, or dive bars, or even mini marts, and the attendants are more than happy to sell you a single egg. But the day I found this brand (but not this flavor) was the day I decided I really needed to try them. Lucky for me, they exist on Amazon, and Amazon delivers, so... I also like a lot of pickled things so it was really time.I’m fascinated. The label says you can store them on the counter, even after opening (just like the bait shop!). I’m not big on lukewarm eggs, so I’m choosing to store them in the fridge. The flavor is mostly vinegar (I mean, aside from egg), and the smell is nothing but vinegar. The egg itself does have a hint of garlic and onion, but not much. I wish it were more. The texture of the white is a little rubbery, kind of like what you’d find on a salad out of a vending machine in the 1980s. The yolk is just fine though, as if it’s been hard boiled.There are six large eggs in the jar, and by large, I mean they’d be listed as JUMBO if they were in a carton. It will be easy to finish the jar, as I’ve already eaten three – one each day as a zero-carb, mid-day snack. I’m not sure if I’ll order them again.

These are exactly what you are looking for. It’s a small jar, but the jar size is clearly stated. I ordered the spicy eggs and indeed they are. Not too spicy though, but just right. I will defiantly buy these again.

The Bay View Red Hot Pickled Eggs are definitely better than I was expecting after reading some of the other reviews. These eggs arrived and the seal was completely intact, no leaking or other issues. You can see the peppers floating around in the liquid. The container says the eggs will never require refrigeration making them a nice shelf stable protein. The eggs are a bit chewy on the outside, I'm guessing from the absorption of the vinegar. They have a great egg flavor and a nice kick of heat, but they are not too spicy to enjoy. They don't make my mouth burn or tingle on my lips; they just have a spicy flavor to them that's enjoyable if you are the kind of person that likes spicy food like I do. I thought they were good, and I am enjoying them. I do feel that they are priced on the high side for only getting a container of six eggs but if you were headed out to camp and needed a protein source that doesn't require refrigeration these could be a good choice and might be worth the expense. Other than the cost, I have no complaints.
