Got them for my great grandson. The dinasours are really cute. He'll love them.

These colors are pretty unique to ones I’ve seen and used before.I wasn’t sure what to expect from the sparkle ones at first, but they are actually pretty neat. They don’t show a ton of sparkle. But there is just enough that it’s pretty special to use as a different kind of chalk every once in a while. I usually don’t like sparkle items because the sparkles get all over me. But with the chalk I was actually pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have sparkles all over my hands when I was done using them. A+ on that!The tyedye ones are pretty cool too and allow you to draw in different colors randomly with the same chalk piece. The neon colors were nice but I didn’t notice a huge difference in color between neon and the other sparkle base colors for example. So it was a bit hard to tel that they were neon versus just regular chalk colors.The chalks are easy to hold and to use. I like that they are thicker tha other chalks I’ve used the past so that makes them a bit easier to maneuver

We love chalk at our house. Oh, the pictures we’ve drawn. This set will be a great addition to our collection. As stated, imagination can be sparked by many colors. I can’t wait to see what turns up.

Packaged very "gift-ably"! It all came in one big box, inside the big box were 6 smaller boxes - two identical boxes of each of the three varieties. You could even easily split each big box and give two recipients a box of the three each varieties.There is pavement leading up to and around home plate at my son's baseball fields - which has become chalk heaven for all the younger brother and sisters there for their older brothers' games. However, I tested each variety at home before we use them at the crowded ball field. The glitter chalk was the most difficult to photograph - I didn't see one sparkle in my picture..... but in real life, there are sparkles, but not many. In each of my squiggly lines for my test, I'd say there are about 3 -4 sparkles to speak of. They are noticeable as you walk by, so I do think it's a neat effect. The neon colors are great - bright and bold - hard to get that one wrong actually.The tie die was hit or miss. In my photo, the color all the way to the left's (purple) tie die effect is barely noticeable... but others were really clear and evident (namely, the blue and red. The brown one (between teal and yellow) wasn't very noticeable either - and teal and yellow were just so-so.... there but just barely.It's an interesting concept and certainly shakes up the standard pastel colors that chalk usually comes in... but I'd say they are just a "so-so" in my book. It's novelty and consumable for younger children, at best.

Neon colors are excellent and I've purchased a couple to go with gifts. However... BEWARE if you're not a fan of glitter as it takes *forever to get rid of it. I do not advise using the glitter in your driveway or near a door as it will also get tracked inside and mock you for weeks as you try to free yourself from it. It couldn't be washed away with the hose.Glitter is a nuisance in general, but I didn't think about it being in the chalk until it was too late. As soon as I see a package with just the Neon chalk, I'm all in. The neighborhood kids love it.

We enjoyed the colors and the different types. Before I knew it the area outside the classroom was beautiful with rainbows and paths, flowers and hearts. The glitter looks pretty and stands out. The neon is brighter. They are all easy to use and not too messy. All the drawings were mostly gone in two days from normal traffic. Great for a lesson, activity or reward.
