Works flawlessly for HP ZBook ZoO4XL
This adapter is a perfect replacement for my wife’s HP ZBook laptop. It resolved a power issue caused by using a different charger that lacked the necessary voltage and amperage to power the laptop properly, resulting in it not turning on. While this adapter is not OEM, it meets the HP ZBook model specifications and performs just as well.

Lifesaver!
I bought this as a last ditch effort to revive my HP laptop. I had already opened a case with Asurian and I was just waiting for the box to arrive, but I wasn’t looking forward to shipping my laptop off into the great unknown.As a side note, I had already purchased, tried, and returned a 65w charger just like the one I had received with the laptop. No joy. But this one powered it up right away, and fully charged it in about an hour or so. It may seem like a small thing but receiving it not much more than 12 hours after ordering, and having it save the day made my day.

Does not charge a dead battery
Charger cant be 150 watt or 7.7 amps as listed, does not match photos of product. Only specs equal to OeM can revive a completely dead battery. PC shows power but wont accept charge. Laptop not broken, common issue with HP laptops according to forum. must use oem to revive

Box came opened but charger works. Will update review if any changes.

First impression is excellent
It appears to be working well as of day 1. I've been able to keep my workstation at full charge all day. I'm using an HP zBook G10. My computer requires a 4.5mm barrel. The adapter I received seems like a perfect fit.

Exact replacement for the HP ZBook Studio G5
Like the title says it is the exact same as the OEM smart charger for the HP ZBook Studio G5 laptop, and it works great, it will charge the laptop up from 10% to 100% in less than an hour. This one of two, we have two of the same laptop.
