Hi I just bought this a few weeks ago. I have bought so many hair item I'd had given up until I saw the video of it. I love it. It's easy to use and doesn't tangle your hair. It's gets hot very fast! The proce was great. I also love the color. Easy to clean the bristles which are to soft or to hard. I do put heat protection on my hair before using it. Make sure your hair is completely dry before using. I do section my hair. I use it to beautifully straighten my long hair or sometimes I do pretty curls. It holds all day to. I get so many compliments. Definitely recommend.

I have fine, thin hair which I have styled in a short modified bob. This tool works amazing for doing a touch up on days when I don’t wash and blow dry. It heats up quick and doesn’t seem to damage my hair like other heated styling tools do. If I have one complaint, it’s that the power/temp button is in an awkward place. I often accidentally press it while styling, making the temp go up. Even with that, I’d buy it again!

did take a bit to get shipped but great results definitely worth it! i did my hair very fast, and i have curly hair which normally takes me a while to do, the handle part does get a bit warm but it comes with a gloves and some clips is a bonus

I'm happy with the heat selections and settings. But there are two major design flaws. One is that the cord has a plastic swivel at the base of the iron that does not work well. It doesn't prevent the cord from tangling. It's not designed well. The second flaw is that while using the iron the main button to turn it on and off (and let's you set the temp) is right in the middle of the handle. A man who has never used a curling iron had to have designed this. No female designer would have placed the main button there. You can obviously see why this is a problem. While using it, the user ends up inadvertently pressing the button and turning it off. I've loaned it to three women in my family and they had the same problem. So frustrating. It does heat well. But due to these issues I can't really recommend the product.

Easy to use and learned fast. Heated up safe

I seriously looked at all the thermal brushes in the market and chose this one for the heat level and price. After 3 months of use, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this item at all.Here's why, the fine bristles fall out after multiple uses. This product is made with thick rubber bristles (no problem) and thin brush like bristles. I have been cleaning up the thin bristles that fall all over my floor after use. Second, the placement of the button to control temperature. That button is very sensitive and, in the space, exactly where your thumb or finger is placed when curling your hair. I heat up the iron to 430 and then after I start curling, my finger or thumb touches the button, and the temperature immediately goes down to 220. Poor ergonomics and a pain to constantly hit the button every time I try to curl my hair and get it back up to 430.Don't waste your time or money on this product. I am going to test something else that will last longer and has better ergonomic handle.

I heard so many good things about the styler and I wanted to love it but every time I used it, my finger would hit where you would change the settings. I tried holding it different ways, but that’s just the way my hand wanted to hold it and I couldn’t change it so I had to return it.. If I was doing someone else’s hair, I could probably control it better. But on my head, I couldn’t do it. My finger kept hitting the controls.

1st, I love that this brush has a temperature control on it. 2nd the design and quality of the brush is excellent. It’s lightweight, works well, great value for money, durable and easy to hold. I have already recommended to others.
