If I could have given a 4.5 I might have, only because it doesn’t dissolve as fast with stirring in the water as fast as some other hydrating and flavored drinks. But it’s closer to a 5 than a 4. I am a diabetic , but knew when buying it had added sugar. That unfortunately means I won’t be able to use quite as often. However, the sugar content is low, and so for each individual with these issues, they would need to take their total daily intake in to account. Now I want to try their other flavors ( had the wonderful strawberry 🍓)!

This is the best hydration supplement I've tasted so far. I bought the pineapple flavor and it tastes like straight up pinapple juice. I mix it in a 30 oz bottle with lots of ice, so refreshing! Definitely reccomend to keep up your hydration needs.

We bought this hoping it was just like the Agua Fresca we had. And it did not disappoint! It was so delicious. If you like this flavor you will love this. It’s not too strong and not weak. But I don’t recommend putting the whole package in anything smaller than 40oz. Use half if you do.

Taste is pretty good -- better than LiquidIV in my opinion. Much better when drunk cold/over ice. 10 calories per packet is compelling. I would note that it is VERY sweet if used as directed - 1 packet per 12 oz of water. I put 1 packet in 30 oz of water and still found it on the sweet side (kept adding water and ice as I drank). If you divide each packet in at least half per water bottle, you can make this fairly expensive product last twice as long!

No after taste really good

I was really excited to try this because guava is one of my favorite flavors. I read on other reviews that this flavor might be too sweet, so I only used half of a packet in my 40oz water bottle to give it a fair shot. It unfortunately is still way too sweet. I tolerate other sweet drinks well and I find that this one almost gives me a headache from the sweetness somehow. The flavor does not have a strong scent of guava at all, instead it's a kind of vague fruit taste, but very artificial tasting, like tropical chewing gum maybe? It does not really have any of the freshness of an agua fresca. I will finish up these packets because the price is very high, but I think the flavor decreases my enjoyment of it and its benefits. To be honest, it is difficult to feel hydrated and refreshed by something you don't really enjoy drinking. Ultimately, I'm disappointed by the flavor, but I may be willing to try other flavors in the future.

Great tasting, not sugary, and low calorie

This is the best hydration drink that I have tried and I’ve tried many in my quest to find one that meets my needs. This is my second time purchasing it and I will purchase it again.
