It seems to work well
I have been using their Fern block for years and this still has that ingredient, so I gave it a try. Went to Yucatán for a week. I was in full Sun for a week using only the supplement ( no Sun block). No burn. Nice tan. I am Mediterranean skin and am not prone to burn in usual non-tropical Sun.
