Fiesta Bolner's Extra Fancy Mango Habanero Rub, 6 Ounces

Love these spice blends from Fiesta but this specific one was way cheaper on Amazon it I got it faster than expected.

I smoke salmon and love the sweet spiced flavor it adds. Very very tasty with other recipes too!!

Excellent rub--not too sweet from the mango, not too hot from the habanero: right at the perfect blend of both.I'm a big fan of Bolner's Fiesta brand of herbs and spice blends--their Fajita Seasoning is part of most of my marinades. My sister-in-law (from San Antonio, home of Bolner's) recommended this to me, and I'm very glad she did. I used it as a rub on a rack of chicken breasts, which I grilled with mesquite for smoke, and they were truly delicious.

It tasted ok but no heat. This does not contain habanero that I can taste or read on the ingredients. It must have calories with its top ingredient being sugar. It tastes sweet and I see it has chilis listed in the ingredients but not habanero peppers. Overall, I just don't taste any heat like habanero peppers. It's warmth is low on the heat scale to me.

great spice will work great on any meats. taste is great.
