This bulk jug of ground allspice is a great value. The quality is exceptional, and I love that it's non-GMO, and kosher.

I've always bought my allspice ground, seeing the whole seed in person was a bit of a trip. All the pods that I can see in the container are whole, and the flavor is wonderful. Since the pods are whole, they should last for a decade.... which will be enough time to use up all 4.5 pounds.

However, one drawback for me was the lack of detailed information about the spices involved in allspice. The term 'allspice' doesn't provide much clarity about its composition, and I would appreciate having more transparency regarding the specific spices used.Despite this, I enjoyed the aromatic and pleasant flavor profile of this spice. It complements a variety of dishes and adds a unique touch to recipes. Overall, while I appreciate its quality and flavor, having more details about the spices in the blend would enhance the overall experience.

Be careful when you go to pour some allspice out of this container the mouse is very large and it’s very easy to make a mess. This allspice is very aromatic, especially when you grind it to make an allspice powder.
