I do boil the noodles and then rinse out the water a couple to time to remove some of the grease, as you add seasoned oil at the end. These are medium hot. Not mild. If you like them mild add half of the spice packet. I like them for lunch every now and then. I know they’re not healthy but if want to eat steamed veg and quinoa I would!
