Tasty and filling!
I originally bought this because I had to be on a liquid diet after having digestive surgery. First of all, this shake is DELICIOUS. I am usually not a fan of protein shakes but this one was really tasty. It was also very easy on my tummy and made me feel pretty full. I liked the sweetness of it despite it only having 1 gram of sugar.It's been months since surgery but I still drink these as a meal replacement for when I'm on the go. I had my sister try this shake because she often drinks protein shakes. She was surprised by how delicious it was and now buys it for herself now.

Can beat the price.
Fellows and lashes you have to check on this one every day because rarely do you catch it for the price I got it for. It’s the extra big box and it not found anywhere else fats I can see. But here’s the catch. It’s rare to find on site for the price of about 26.00. If you are so lucky you may have to wait a month for delivery so stock up but at that price it’s worth it. I don’t know how Amazon does it but I’m glad they do.
