I bought these because this was the best price for these glasses, and I wanted my students to experience the awesomeness that is a solar eclipse, although we were not in the path of totality. I was able to get these in time for the viewing. The price was excellent, the best out there. My students had a blast observing the total solar eclipse of 2024-04-08.

These were great for the big day of eclipse activities. The first package was crushed due to inadequate packaging. A replacement was sent very promptly and arrived in plenty of time for our event.

Kind of scary to buy something so critical to your future here, but they worked and my eyes were not damaged for the eclipse.

Several of the glasses didn't work at all. The others were all way darker and you could barely see any of the eclipse as they are too dark.

The glasses are iso certified and have all the proper safety features. One day before the eclipse, I was worried that they were not certified because there was a warning released in the media, but with quick research, the recall was on a different brand of solar glasses. Great price, and having the date of the eclipse on them makes them an awesome momento!
