How to fix hyte aio
The media could not be loaded. Was going give it one star because like everyone else it worked for two days then stopped working... After doing bunch of things. I think i figured a fix or maybe it was just mine...but anyways. Take out the two oem fans on the aio. I think there is to much power needed with the fans in and whatever powering the lcd isnt getting enough juice. So once I took out the fans and put my own fans everything works with no issues. Also would be nice if software started minimized.

Frustrated and disappointed
Installation went smooth, Hyte does a good job keeping it simple. After installation the first boot went smooth. Everything seemed to be working properly.Problems started with the software.Software is very very very unresponsive which has been ven been admitted by the HYTE team. After a few hours of use, i realized that i lost control over my lights, then lost control over the Q60 fans. At this point i thought a simple restart would help.I was wrong, at this point the fans kicked up to 100% and had no control over it.I have tried factory resetting the Q60 but the option doesn’t even show up in the software anymore.I have reached out to the support team but they take forever to answer. The whole experience has been a nightmare and would not recommend to anyone else.Very disappointed, i made the mistake of ignoring some of the reviews i saw on Amazon and still bought it.

Great Cooler, Poor Software, and Support
I've had the THICC Q60 for about a year, and while the cooler itself performs well and looks great, the Nexus software has been problematic from the start. After the most recent update, the cooler services crashed and entered the cooler into a failsafe mode, causing the fans to run at 100% and preventing communication with the motherboard header. Additionally, ADB connectivity to Nexus has been intermittent but not stable enough to perform a factory reset.Resolving issues through support has been frustrating. While the support team is friendly and helpful, getting a timely response or follow-up requires reaching out through social media channels. The overall process feels slow and inefficient.Given the software and support challenges, I doubt I will recommend or purchase another Hyte product in the future.

Horrible aio
I would never buy this again hytes customer service is terrible and this aio hasn't worked out of the box. They told me to wait until and update came out to fix it. Then a month later I asked when it was coming out and they told me I needed to RMA it and there was never a fix for my issue. Then I was blamed for not returning it to Amazon when they told me to wait for an update and I waited past Amazon's 30 day policy. They sent me a key board to apologize for the inconvenience but still haven't fixed my AIO. I get my keyboard and guess what. It's also broken haha I honestly can't even believe it

Performs very well, lcd may be bit too large.
First off, this rad performs very well. I do like the compact 240 aio vs a 360. And only needs 3 cables coming off the rad instead of the cpu block! The fans do get loud on mine when gaming though.I docked a star because the lcd is just a bit too large. I know it was prob only meant for larger cases or boards. But, If you try and put this on a matx board, it basically sits on your gpu's back cover. I haven't noticed any probs with this, but the lcd does get really hot that way. I did have it in the y60, but moved it into the Corsair 2500. If this screen was just an inch smaller, it would be perfect for smaller builds as well.
