Cheap leaf blower if you already have 18V Makita Battery system
If you already have a Makita 18V battery, this is a decent-value leaf blower. If you don’t already have a Makita 18v Battery and charger, look at an extra £50 for a non-genuine battery and charger or £100 for a genuine battery and charger. If you have a DeWalt or Milwaukee 18V system, you can buy an adaptor plate for £10.I had mainly Milwaukee kit and tried this leaf blower out - it gives a decent amount of pressure from the nozzle, making leaf blowing a ‘breeze’.The detachable tubes allow more uses for the blower, allowing a shorter or longer reach to be obtained. It blow dries the car quite well after it has been washed, but as with all of these blowers ,it is very loud.I found there to be a small amount of vibration that I have not noticed on other leaf blowers, this could be due to the fan of the blower being in the horizontal orientation rather than vertical like most others? At the time of writing the review, the unit is £45.99 with a 30% voucher which brings the price to £32.19.For £32 this is a good value leaf blower, especially if you are already invested in the Makita 18V battery tool line up.For an extra £10 you can buy an adapter for most other 18V batteries, so you decide if this is worth it for you.If you do not have any 18V batteries or chargers already, it would be worth to do the maths before investing in this blower.
