Cute but broken... twice.
The product itself is super cute and the perfect item to hide qtips and cotton balls in for my cactus themed bathroom. However, I can’t provide more than 3 stars given the complete inefficiency. My first order arrived with 1 out of my 2 jars in complete shambles. Amazon customer support was fantastic and reshipped a replacement order free of charge and without needing to return original order. Unfortunately, the second time around I AGAIN received my order with 1 out of 2 jars in shambles. Now, when it’s all said and done I have 2 jars that aren’t broken but given the number of reviews that note receiving shattered jars, you would think the company would consider their packaging and what they could do to improve. The amount of packaging and plastic bubble wrap waste it takes to reship numerous times seems irresponsible. All that to say jars are great just perhaps not the most resourceful or sustainable company.

Very disapointed
This would have been very cute except it arrived completely shattered. I was issued a refund without the shattered pieces being shipped back but 3 months later had the refund taken back due to not sending the shattered box back to them. I threw it in the garbage 3 months ago. NOT HAPPY

Super-duper Cute!
Super cute, I should have looked closer at the description because it is super tiny, you can't actually fit much in this "jar".

this Item would be really nice as a sugar bowl for the morning coffee
Well, this Item would be really nice as a sugar bowl for the morning coffee, however, two times around the item has come by way of USPS (Not UPS) and was broken. Here is the kicker, we live 90 miles from the Amazon hub it is shipping from.
