I put lots of powdered supplements in my coffee each morning (protein power, Benefiber, etc.) and this mug works like a charm - I like it better than the hand-held stick mixers. However, the little white capsule-looking thing (it actually spins to mix) at the bottom of the mug is magnetic and can very easily detach when washing the mug. If you don't know it can come loose, and it may end up going down your drain and then the mug is useless; it's just a plain old coffee mug. I always remove the little white capsule and clean it separately from the mug. That way, I know it's not going to disappear. Please excuse the picture - I do wash dishes but snapped this pic right after finishing my morning coffee.

It stopped working after 3 weeks I followed the instructions on the package I dried it after handwashing it now I an charging it with the cable provided and it is not charging I can’t use the mug anymore I am throwing it

Great for mixing creamer in my coffee in the morning. It doesn't change the flavor or texture.
