Seed trays fine.

These propagator trays are pretty average in my opinion.You get 5 trays of 40 cells so 200 cells in total.The plastic used in all parts is quite flimsy and I really can't see them lasting longer than a season or two.Fine they don't cost much but they are plastic and should last a lifetime rather than be a disposable item.I'd rather pay more for better quality.

This pack of seed trays will set up to 1000 seedlings which should be sufficient for most home gardeners. Each tray has 200 spaces. I’ve used one tray to set a range of different herb seedlings and peppers. The others will be used for brassicas. They’re not large enough for peas or beans.The trays aren’t rigid, but they’re not as flimsy as some I’ve bought in the past. With care, I’d reckon to get at least two or three years use out of them. The flimsy ones only last a season and split. I think if these are cleaned and stored after use, they’ll be fine next year too. The lid is useful to keep the compost moist and there are vents. They fit well in my small plastic greenhouse; I can place two trays lengthways on a shelf. Very happy to recommend
