An upfront investment but very good.
Expensive for what it is. But its yeti...I use this daily at work on 12+ hr shifts. The local water sucks where I work so having a gallon on hand is not only healthy but smart. I load with ice and cold water and keeps cold for days. Its not the lightest to carry around, but itd a gallon jug if water what do you expect?

It keeps stuff cold practically forever and is nearly invincible If you have anything from yeti the brand speaks for itself I dropped this down a mountain idaho and barely scratched it

Yeti has yet to disappoint and this is no different!The magnetic cap is amazing and very useful. Keeps things cold for days and things hot for mind boggling times. Highly recommend, and well worth the extra money!

Very satisfied!
Very satisfied, I decided to splurge on myself for my birthday with the Yeti. I drink a gallon of water everyday and for years, I've drank it was as it warmed throughout the day. I've finally decided I'm older now and deserve some cold water on the hotter days at work. This will keep ice for about 48 hours honestly, I bought two, 6 big cube trays for cheap and it was all well worth it. Trust me I was skeptical at first because for the price I could of got 2 or maybe 3 cheaper brand, but at the end of the day I only need one currently. I'm a firm believer in that you get what you pay for and I believe if I would have went cheaper I wouldn't be as satisfied.**For the people that complained about the lid, it does help to open the cap first to help release the vacuum seal when opening. I will agree the lid IS tough at times (I find it most difficult in the mornings) but that's what makes the insulation so good. I have left this in my car on 90+ degree days, in the sun and still the water has been cold enough to give me brain freeze.Also! Side note, this can also be used as a small cooler for a couple sandwiches, etc., Or can be used for hot soup!!
