I used to go to expensive pilates classes at a studio, but I have been working on building out my own mini pilates studio at home to save time and money. This is an excellent pilates ring and I don't see any difference between this ring and what I used to use at the pilates studio. It's easy to find pilates ring workout videos on Youtube to follow along with. This ring has been a great addition to my home pilates setup.

This is a very simple and basic pilates ring. As long as you treat it gently, you should be okay; but it does seem a bit fragile. I would avoid putting too much weight or pressure onto the ring to ensure it survives your workouts!

The stability of this pilates ring is a bit lacking. For example, when it is under pressure, the handles move and jiggle, which defeats the purpose of being able to hold it under pressure. It works for what I need it to (bridging and stretching), but when trying to use it for upper body work I find it too wobbly.

I usually use a Pilates ring in class but I decided to get one to use at home for workouts to improve my technique before going back to my next class. It’s durable and squeezable and easy to use for anything where you want to improve stability and challenge yourself.

I am quite disappointed with this product overall, I got it and it was good initially and it worked just fine although it did feel a bit flimsy, but I did not think too much of it at first so upon using it heavily every day on one of the days that I did use it it must’ve just over Too hard and it just cracked into like your breaking a dental treat for a dog it just snapped .So now it’s obviously unusable and one straight into the garbage I can attest to that while it was working, it worked just fine. It was light fairly comfortable, but not a good value for the money. All things considered hindsight is 2020 and with that in mind I would not have bought it had I known it would last so little I would not recommend this in good faith..2/5

So the pads are a bit hard and can dig in after awhile but if you don't use it for too long you won't really notice

I use this on my pilates box..I place this on the floor and do leg exercises with it and stomach strengthening exercises.and I've started doing exercises with this standing on the floor as well..its very sturdy..and iv'e found multiple exercise videos that I can watch and follow which work all different parts of the body.. great light weight sturdy extra piece of equipment for full body exercises..
