Reliable and effective
Had this cleaner for about a year, very easy to use. Once charged, push top button, rear lights tell you it’s on, drop in water and starts moving in 15-20 secs. Picks up leaves, bugs, even small dirt. Filter easily cleaned w hose, back to charger ready for next cleaning. Will climb walls and go slightly above water line. Does a decent job, not perfect but better than me cleaning with a net! So far no complaints.

Don’t buy from this company
Robot worked pretty good for 6 months, then it stopped powering on. I called their support line and the tech taught me how to hack it to work by manually pulling the lever from the inside. I told him wait this is under warranty I don’t want a broken robot I have to hack every time. He said OH! I can start a warranty claim for you; never got the email. Then the robot started floating to the top and just motoring around the pool not cleaning anything. I tried calling but no one ever answered so I sent an email from their website and no response ever came. I kept calling no answer and finally got them on the phone today where they told Me to take a video and email it to them. So frustrated with their support and hope they actually respond to my video but assuming I will get more troubleshooting tips and waste more time on the 500 robot that’s not cleaning my pool in over a month.Products don’t last and support is horrible your call if you want to deal with that. I won’t again

Keep it clean inside and out
I love the fact that it climbs the walls and I have a very rigidy walls. It's Pebble tech and it works okay. This is the second one I bought the first one. I bought the electrical outlet on it. It wouldn't work so I did return it. Still waiting for refund but this one is actually it seems it's actually a little slower than the other one and it was supposed to be more powerful but I still like it. I don't have a very big pool and I paid way too much for it. It's 200 and some odd dollars more than the other one

Great little pool cleaner
My old pool cleaner just wasn't doing an good job anymore so I started to look for a replacement. I was tired of messing with hoses so I knew a cordless option is what I wanted. After a bit of research I landed on the WYBOT. My only real concern from reading the views was its ability to traverse inclines. My pool goes from 3ft to 6ft. I did find another review where it said the WYBOT was able to climb their incline. So I pulled the trigger. It also helped it was on sale. After two cleaning I'm very happy with the product. This thing picks up just about everything. My pool isn't square but its still able to maneuver around and get the pool nice and clean. Since we are about to close the pool down, I might update this review after a full pool season. So far, I think this little robot is great!!

Floater.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this cleaner in October while it was on sale so I would have it ready for the spring. Started using it in March and it worked great for a couple of months. Now, every once in a while, it will be on the bottom and go back-and-forth teetering and tiring like it’s Poppin wheelies both ways and like it’s trying to turn over. When it finally does turn over it floats to the top and does it showing in this video for the rest of the time. Hopefully the manufacturer will see this review and video and give me some insight on what the problem may be. I thought it was quite a bit of money to spend on a cleaner that I have only gotten two months of use out of.

You get what you pay for. Problems with benches and steps. Not as east to use as other pool bots.
We have owned six electric pool cleaning robots over the past 10-12 years, including a Nautilus, Polaris, and four - count 'em - four Aquabots. And over that time we have developed an acute sense of what to reasonably expect in a pool bot. When our most-recent (and last) Aquabot failed necessitating a return shipment for servicing under warranty, we thought we would try one of the newer Chinese-made inexpensive bots to keep our pool from going pear-shaped in its absence. We chose the particular model - the WYBOT Osprey 700 - due to the mug's claim it will clean to the waterline and climb without issue. My findings:1. It does not thoroughly clean. The bot's mapping algorithm falls somewhere between poor-to-mediocre. After two runs (each necessitating the user hook the bot using the supplied hook and a pole and heave it from the ocean depths, wait for it to dry, and then plug it back in for several hours (min) to recharge before running it again) it still left SIGNIFICANT portions of the pool untouched (SEE PHOTO), and not only does it miss significant portions of the walls, never once has it climbed either the bench or the steps.2. The mesh in the bot's collection basket allows algae to ass through. So while the bot effectively picks up any debris it rolls over (no bonus points here as that's what it's *supposed* to do), it simply pushes algae through the impeller, creating a suspension in the water and requiring the central pump filter to remove it. This kind of defeats the purpose of using a pool robot in the first place.3. It does not climb steps or benches.4. It is a PITA to remove from the pool, takes longer than advertised to charge (we've fount it takes a min. of four hours), and must be held underwater once activated for a good 20 seconds. Not good for someone with back issues (read: me).5. The basket is easy to remove and clean, but debris gets caught between the mesh and part of the basket structure, which is then difficult to remove. FWIW, we have the same issue with out most recent Aquabot. In short, you get what you pay for. I would consider this to be approx. half the bot you would get if you spent twice the money.

UPDATE: Expensive isn’t better
Update- the WYBOT customer service has been outstanding in resolving my issues. They did send me a newer, upgraded version of the vacuum and so far, so good.I have waited a while to write this review. I have had this vacuum since September 2023. The vacuum does climb walls, however once it starts and gets to the ledge, it will roll over and the continually flip. It uses all of the battery doing this. I have a less expensive Wybot to do the floors and that one is much more worth the purchase. I’d pass on this one. It is more aggravating and time consuming than worth.
