Beautiful my flower girls loved them but I added extra ribbon to add a bit of extra interest

Disappointing on arrival...
Received today, damaged, the gem has fallen off, there are 2 areas that are rusty looking and not silver and the packaging has meant that it arrived bent... not sure what I'm going to do to salvage it in time for my stepsons wedding.
