Premium packaging. It's a very well presented product. I mean, it should be for the price.It's definitely going to be a "marmite" product when it comes to taste. It's 50/50 - pleasant/ utterly disgusting. I've not deducted any stars for this as you're buying this for vitamins & and energy boost. It's not a sweetie. Be warned that it is very much medicinal-strawberry flavour.I suffer from extreme fatigue. Getting going in the morning is a constant struggle. After about 15 or 20 minutes, I feel a natural flood of energy, making me feel (what I have a distant glimmer of a memory of) well rested and ready to go. This is exactly what I was needing. So it's 5* from me.Melts on the tongue, goes a little gelatinous- so if you don't like that texture, that's another thing to take into consideration.

Got this for the vitamin e, due to throat issues with pills these things are great. Only downside with this "strawberry flavour" is that it tastes like a strawberry that has been soaking in toothpaste for a week. Though that might just be the licorice which I can't stand personally. Any chance of improving the flavours? Say a strawberry flavour that tastes like actual strawberry? Or at least doesn't make you gag for 2 hours?For what it is, it's great. Especially for those like myself with issues swallowing huge pills that just get stuck

Excellent on taste, absorbency and these patches DO have an uplifting affect on my wellbeing. Noticeable in my skin, hair, nails, and clarity of eyes. Better sleep pattern and more energy too, I highly recommend this product.

It does what it says. Having each strip individually packaged, I'd say it is a bit too much and environmentally unfriendly. Also, quite expensive. If one can't use another route, this is the product to turn to. Flavour is good. However, I switched for spray variant from another brand.

Really like these - so easy to take. However I do wish it had arrived via DPD and actually ended up at some obscure post office to be collected by me.

These diso sleep vitamin supplement come with 30 individual squares in a small metal box individually wrapped in a foil type paper, then a small cardboard box with another 30 inside. If you have difficulty with hand dexterity unless you have someone to open them for you I think it would be extremely hard to get the packets open. You put the thin piece on your tongue and it dissolves in less than a minute, I do find that the little square becomes very sticky once in your mouth and does stick to the roof of your mouth which I don’t find to be an issue as it still melts it just feels a little strange. These do taste quite nice at the beginning but towards the end maybe a little bitter, I don’t find it unpleasant though.These little squares have vitamin B6, montmorency cherry extract, chamomile and valerian in them which are all associated with sleep. I definitely think these help me to fall asleep and when I do take them I seem to sleep for longer. You can take 1 or 2, I only take 1 and I feel that is enough. I don’t use them every night though. If you take 1 per night there is a 2 month supply, 2 per night a 1 month supply. They are vegan, gluten, nut and soy free which makes them especially good for people with medical conditions that can’t use other products.I think at the price point they are at they are a little expensive, but if they work for you and help with your sleep then they are worth the extra cost. The metal box to keep them in is a nice touch.
