Perfect for Dough
Perfect flour to make delicious pizza dough. Prior to using this flour, I've only used regular all purpose flour to make pizza dough, but now after trying this one I don't think I can go back. It makes a delicious dough with texture that is easy to knead. It is flavorful and has a nice color to it.

Perfect for Pasta!
This gorgeous fine-grain Semola (fine grain Semolina) is absolutely perfect for making pasta. So far we've made linguini and some mushroom and ricotta ravioli and both were amazing. Lovely texture and delicious flavor. PEOPLE, making homemade pasta is so simple once you get the hang of it and not very time consuming. I highly recommend Molino Dallagiovanna flour - the quality is second to none, period. The price makes this two bag pack crazy affordable!

Nice Semolina Flour
This two pack of Semolina Flour is well ground. It's very fine and was perfect for making pasta and to coat the bottom pizzas. The MSRP seems fine at 18.99 (at time of review) for 2 bags of 2.2lbs. That said, it's about the going price for semolina flour. This is really well made so definitely is worth considering when in the market for some.

Finely grounded and fresh
This is an ultrafine grounded, beautiful yellow colored, high quality semolina flour. I made traditional semolina pudding with it as my first recipe. It thickened the milk so well and produced a pudding that is at jello consistency, which is what is desired for this desert. Next, I am planning to make pasta with it. Highly recommended.

Great quality
I’m a complete novice in using this type of flour so I’ve been finding recipes to try. I used a 1:1 recipe to make pasta and it turned out great. Still experimenting and finding new recipes to try, I’m really enjoying making the pasta from scratch, it’s so much better than store bought.

Excellent flour for bread and other baked goods!!
I enjoy using high quality flour when baking sourdough bread and the Molino Dallagiovanna Ultra high grade Semola Di Grano Duro Semolina Flour is exactly that. The flour is very fresh and ground fine to yield wonderful results. Baked goods using this flour have a distinctive yellow semolina color, great texture, and nutty flavor which brings out wonderful contrast to the tanginess of the sourdough starter.The packages are small enough to be easy to store to keep fresh and are easy to clip closed. I definitely recommend this flour as it’s another great product from a well-regarded source.

Good quality imported product
I got this to make homemade pasta.It has a nice, smooth texture to it. Mixes up well with eggs.I wanted something from Italy, and this is it.I am still experimenting with different recipes, but this is a product you want to have available to start with.

So good in pizza dough!
I recently started making my own pizza dough but have only used regular and bread flour prior to getting this flour. It makes for great dough that rolls out easily and has an altogether different flavor and texture from regular flour recipes. Going to be making them all using this from now on! Also appreciated the external packaging on the bags to prevent breakage and leaks.
