This pillow is very comfortable. It helps straighten out my back and is just the right height. I was afraid my legs would be trapped by the memory foam, but there is just enough firmness for me to be able to move my legs a bit from side to side, and the pillow is wide enough to make that meaningful. When I pull it all the way up to my bottom, my feet hang just over the far edge. For me, this is important, as in rehab they warned me that resting my heels on the bed or a pillow would risk pressure sores. I'm only around 5'6", however, and a taller user might find this uncomfortable. I was concerned that the straps would dig into my legs, but I can't feel the straps at all. Also, the lack of a sharp front edge all the way down to the mattress is not noticeable at all. The pillow stays in place, but can easily be pushed away and retrieved with little effort. I have not yet tried washing the cover. All in all, this is an excellent product.

Very sturdy to use as well as comfortable. I use it to elevate my legs when I have my compression pumps and they give me a stable, sturdy base so my legs will fit comfortable.

Have had for a few days now. Didn't know which height to buy. One web source said usually 6" height for leg swelling, but we tried first a bed triangular wedge pillow (also Ruqmuis ) that was 7.5" tall, so thought 6 inches not enough for severe medication-induced swelling. This pillow has put the feet at or above heart level, & been very effective and very comfortable. Because using only on a recliner and NO detected odor out of the box -- and it nicely popped up at least 90% of the way as soon as cut open the covering vacuum bag -- we were able to put it to use immediately. Highly recommend. Haven't removed cover yet, but on same brand's wedge pillow we did; it washed well and were able to get it back on the pillow with only a reasonable amount of effort. Zipper fine on both units.

I have lymphedema and I bought this to help with the swelling in my legs. The cover has several snags in it, it looks like a large rip/tear but it's actually a snag. There's one huge (several inches long) and several tiny snags. The handles look like they'll just tear off, but they seem to be stronger than they look (gave them a little disability test which they passed). The pillow remains in shape and doesn't flatten with use (I have severe lymphedema, my legs are not light at all! It holds the weight well!) it's just the right weight with the grips that I don't kick it off my bed (I kick everything off the bed!) despite the cosmetic defects,I am very happy with the purchase. It has been helping slightly with the swelling as well. Very comfortable!

I ordered the 8" because I knew the 10" would be too tall for my use. I had major back surgery on May 2 and needed something to elevate my legs while sleeping on my back. The top is nice and wide so my legs don't fall off the sides, there are grippy buttons on the bottom so I doesn't slide throughout the night, and you can use it in either direction. I've been putting the vertical edge against the backs of my thighs and letting my legs lay down the incline. I've found this is the best option for me. It's certainly helped reduce the lower back pain throughout the night.My only complaint is the fabric. I have rough heels right now due to not being able to bend over and remove the callouses, so the fabric sticks to my heels and can have an odd feeling. To remedy this, I put an old t-shirt over it so my heels don't tug on the fabric.

Very well made very comfortable price was not bad at all. And I ordered it and got it the next day.

This was a great buy for me because I had a total knee replacement 4 months ago and it really does help relieve pain and helps with swelling.
