More than adequate power
I continue to be amazed at how well this little device works. I was having trouble with a weak battery for my version 10 RV engine. It worked flawlessly literally right out of the box. Topping off the charge with the charging cord only took a couple hours after I had used it twice. it should be standard in everyone’s trunk or glove box.

Light weight, but packs a bunch of power.
Very good jump pack. Lots of power. Stays charged (holds power) for a long time. The jump pack is easy to use, it's almost idiot proof. You can hook it up incorrectly, but the unit has safety features that will prevent you from damaging your vehicle or the jump pack. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Good quality
It is a nice compact size. One of the nice features is it shows in percentage the level of charge. I have a 6 cyl vehicle and with a dead battery it started it right up.

Must have
I purchased this item to have a compact battery charger. I was able to jump my daughter truck with no problem. Plus easy to recharger and charge other devices.

Works beyond expectations
I bought it for emergencies and had to use it to start my cummins diesel, was sceptical but it started my truck with no issue and used 1% of the charge

Adequate starter pack that does some things right, but others wrong.
This battery pack jumper was obtained hoping it would be as up to snuff as our previous purchase from a different manufacturer. This iteration seems to have learned some lessons in design from predecessors, but has dropped the ball on other aspects. The item came with a 72% charge on board. This was enough for testing some items, but the "friendly" documentation advised not to attempt jumping a car at under 80%. While that's understandable, my other jumpack started a cars at 100, 80 and even below 60%.The Jumpstart module goes into one side of the pack, and it's strictly a one way insertion. It is not physically possible to insert backward. This is good as the male portion of the module does not appear to be an exact fit with the female pack. The "U" is differently size/shape on the female end, but they do work together. Yay! When hooked up to nothing, a red/green LED on the pack strobed quickly enough to hurt my eyes. It is supposed to be green when hooked correctly, Red if hooked incorrectly. And apparently it alternates if not hooked at all, though this is not mentioned in the 'friendly' manual. The flashlight is okay. Steady light, strobe, & SOS modes. The LED is behind translucent plastic, so it won't hurt your eyes to look at, but I wonder how much light it will provide on a dark & stormy night. The only charging port is a USB-C input. USB-C cables are pretty ubiquitous, and one short one is included. But no universal charger is provided. It readily accepted a third-party USB-C cable in my office that provided more flexibility for charging. The large LED display is nice and stays steady on while charging. The IN lights up blinking while the pack is charging.I also tried the USB-out v1 and v2 to charge a phone. The USB 1 worked just fine. The USB 2 would charge for 3 seconds and stop. I would press the on/off button and the USB2 would again charge the phone for 3 seconds and stop. The case is nice. One side has a fully enclosing mesh that zippers completely shut. However you have to be patient to get all the components in there. The charge block itself resides in the other half of the clam-case and it is easy to remove. This is an improvement over previous chargers where one REALLY has to work to get it out of its shaped case. So, the ultimate verdict? I like some things about this better than its older adopted brother. The large LED indicator is nicer. The case is nicer. The jumpstart module is comparable. The charging method is comparable. The USB outputs are inferior. I fear the light may be too.So what is the verdict? Is little brother superior? No. And looking at the price point I think there may be better options at this price. It's good enough to keep. Good enough to use. But I'm not going to let it be the primary jumpstart accessory in my daughter's car. She will have Old Reliable. This will ride in my car. But I won't be leaving my jumper cables at home. Just in case.
