Got this to deal with lower back issues. Has fixed the issue wonderfully. Wasn't too certain how to best use this at first. Turns out that naturally leaning back or forwards works perfectly. The straps fit onto the desk chair very tightly. The height is perfect even though I'm very tall. Adjustments are easily done as needed.

I’m 5 feet tall and just can’t seem to be high enough to see the front of the car! This is perfect to get me up a bit and so comfy to sit on. Helps with hip or back pain too.

I bought this cushion set as a temporary solution for a standard desk chair without any cushioning.I bought the gel memory foam variant and while it was soft to the touch, the design was rather baffling to me.It's memory foam...It shouldn't need to have a pre-molded shape. The point of memory foam is that it will mold itself uniquely based on your physical shape. But as it stands, it is shaped and sized around much larger people's behinds.I also absolutely hate the crevice in the rear section. The gap is simply too long and wide. It feels weird and I'm constantly pinching it together before sitting on it.Then theres the bulge in the frontal region.Why????It feels really weird sitting on it.Funny thing is that when I flipped the cushion upside down, (flat grip area) and sat on it, it was actually way more comfortable and since it's you know, "memory foam", which within seconds began to comfortably mold itself to my butt.Its memory foam, people! You don't need to add any shapes or crevices or bulges.Just a perfectly flat square piece would have made this product so much better.The lumbar piece is also huge! It's so weird having it on my lower back. Like I said before, this was designed for bigger folks in mind.Aside from that, this could have been a great buy for me. I'll be giving it away an opting for something better. :/

I purchased these to help with back problem I was having I also purchased a mattress topper and between the topper and these that I kept on the sofa I was sitting on immensely helped my back

I suffer from multiple slip disks and have to have back surgery. This helps to support my back while I sit at my desk for 8 to 9 hours a day. The seat is very comfortable helps to relieve pressure off my lower back.

Although offers support for your tush, just could not get to sit correctly in office chair.

As a professional desk jockey who occasionally works from home, it was dismaying to find that my colleagues at the office have taken my good desk chair, monitor stand and mouse, leaving me with subpar office chairs that looks like they have cushioning but actually do not, so you can actually feel the metal support of the chair as you sit on it. No, we don't have budget for new office chairs. I invested in myself (my spine!) and bought this. It has made sitting down for work a lot, a LOT, more comfortable. I can actually concentrate on work instead of breathing through the pain and silently enduring hours of discomfort days at a time!

While working at home and before getting a great office chair this really made the chair feel alot nicer still use it on my nicer chair because its comfy, not much else to say. It does its job perfectly
