After i used this brand, the black ink stopped printing. I tried everything to have the head cleaned multiple times and went through numerous maintenance boxes. I gave up and bought a new printer :(

I just refilled this ink for my printer today, it was not difficult and messy. I am satisfied with the quality of the prints. The colors are vibrant and consistent, with no fading. By the way, the ink came in good condition, well packaged.
