Perfect for those tight boots
I got this bootjack for my husband, who wears a size 13 boot. The last jack I got was too small to fit the heel of his boot but this one works really well! Has a nice wrap on it to protect the leather of the boot and an effective no-slip grip.

Good solid boot jack. Nothing fancy.
This is a well constructed all wood boot jack. It makes it very easy and comfortable to slide out of cowboy boots, or any other kind of tall boot that does not lace or zip up. The padding on the portion where you insert the heel of the boot is soft and does not scuff the finish. The joint is solid and sturdy and looks like it will hold up to years of use. It is wide enough that it doesn’t rock or totter when you try to use it like some smaller, more narrow, boot jacks do. It has good sizing and stability to it. It will work on any adult size boot. There’s nothing fancy or decorative about this bootjack. It’s just a good solid piece of equipment.

Easy to use
Got this to take off my boots. These work well with Thursdays, Allen Edmonds, Vans, etc. The rubber cup slips boots off much easier than using one shoe to push another shoe off.One thing I would recommend is using this while stabilizing yourself against a wall. Since one foot will be raised and moving up in the U remover, and the other holding the device down, stability is an issue. Don't fall and hurt yourself using this, put your arm on a wall for balance.

Saves my back!
This here simple little thingamajigger will save you both headaches and back aches. I have some cowboy boots that are a real pain in the butt and back, to take off and this boot jack works great. To use just step on the back part of the jack with one foot and wedge the boot heel into the "U" in the front and pull your foot out of the boot, if your coordinated you can get both boots off before falling over, lol. Anyways this works like a charm and it saves my back from having to bend over and tugging on a stubborn boot. If you have tight fitting boots you need one of these! Thanks for reading.

Genius!
I never new this kind of thing existed but am so glad I found it! I finally had a chance to try it out as I recently got a new pair of cowboy boots. Admittedly, I'm not as young or spry as I used to be, so trying to take off shoes that are tight fitting or boots with a tall shaft are difficult. This made taking off the boots a breeze! I put them on to walk around a bit to break them in, then just sat on the sofa, slid one heel into the slot and steadied myself and held down the apparatus with the other foot and it slid right off!

Functional and simple
This is my second purchase of a boot jack! My first purchase did not have rubber for the "heel" slot or for the "sole." Without the rubber, it didn't grip the boot well enough to pull it off. Now I have this one and see what a huge difference a little grip can make! This is the perfect boot jack for me! 5 stars for sure!

THE OPENING TOO WIDE FOR MY BOOTS
FIRST, LET ME SAY, THAT THIS IS VERY WELL MADE AND IF YOUR BOOT FITS, IT WOULD BE GREAT.I have very 5 pairs of thick leather boots (women's size 6, Brand: Freebird). The opening where you wedge your heel is too wide and my boots slip right through without pulling off. PS, IMPORTANT FOR LADIES BOOTS, if you have boots with a heel higher than 1"- 1-1/2", this boot jack won't work because it's not high enough off the ground to wedge your foot in the opening to fit the heel. Most of my boots have 2" heels so I've had to put something under the jack to lift it higher off the ground.

Must have with boots
This saved my life lol!! I could not get a pair of cowgirl boots I have off that are slightly higher up my leg. This tool helped to much, got my boots off with ease!! Just stand with one foot on back and then heel in the cut out and pull up, shoe or boot will stay in the grove and your foot is free. Grey quality, sturdy and strong. Works perfect for shoe removal!
