Worked great for small sump enclosure
Worked for what I needed it for which was a sump pump basin. Great quality!

Well made
This thing is a beast. Very well made and seems more suited to city streets than my yard but no one sells them this big in person. Very happy with it

Your caught!
This has more than enough space to catch your drainage issues. I got this to make a drain for my gutters and lets just say "overkill". This is not your little drain in the yard. Measurements online do not do justice to the actual size in person. Very well made. Will stand up to driving over in your driveway for sure. The grate fits perfectly and level in the basin. No high edges, totally smooth. Easily adaptable to tubing sizes. 5+ stars

Awful delivery.
The media could not be loaded. It was supposed to be delivered April 1st. Then it didn't arrived until today the 4th, so i had to complete the job without it...Finally when it arrived, its all broken, so i will not be able to use it, maybe the crate i could use, other than that, its awful, the item itself its nice and i think it can definitely be used for the application, but the seller definitely suck at the process, maybe because it didnt described properly. If it was used or broken.

Good material. Drill your own holes. Only one complaint
First, my only complaint is that the top lip is hollow - it's not solid plastic. I predict this will be the first thing to break. Even if it cracks, the basin will still be functional, but this was the only design flaw I saw.Otherwise I like it, particularly their use of materials. So many of the less expensive generic brands use ABS plastic (ie, lego plastic) for outdoor items like this. ABS plastic is definitely strong, but it's also less pliable, making it more brittle and likely to crack in extreme temperatures. Also, ABS plastic is not UV resistant.Fortunately, Natotela knows what they're doing. Here, they use PE polyethylene plastic for the basin, and FRP (fiberglass) for the grade. These are time-tested and better overall outdoor materials than ABS.The best material in my opinion (used commercially) are the varieties of recycled polycarbonate. But it's pretty expensive. For residential applications, and in fact many commercial applications, I prefer this polyethylene plastic. One final note - you must drill your own holes in this. For most people this will be a huge benefit. Holes are easy enough to drill, and it allows for the most versatile application.

Perfect solution
We have water pooling just outside the landing for our back door every time it rains which creates a mud pool. We installed this to catch the water and try to keep area drier. It is quite deep so the hole has to be at least 2’ wide and 2’ deep. Lots of digging but it was worth it as no more water is pooling there. This is super durable and will last years and years.
