I bought for my husband for his birthday. We had Aurora before, what given up working less than a year. It was big and expensive. So I looked something reproduct, but easy to use, smaller, but have 3 liter water tank, also smart and digital. I ordered this and we both are so happy with it. First I recommend read instruction and if you do all the step, will got a very good working mashine. Even you can turn off the bips, what is bonus. Smaller or similar size, than kettle, clever and quick enough. Love, love, love. And the price is very friendly. Only shame doesn't sell it black or silver, but doesn't matter. White is good for any kitchen.

The first one I ordered was faulty but easily returned and money refunded. Because I liked it so much I re-ordered and received the second one, which works well, although not to boiling point.It looks good and is a compact size so doesn’t take up too much room. It is very quiet when in action, unlike my last one!It is advertised as white but it is not, it is cream and a pale coffee colour, which is a shame because it really doesn’t blend as well in my kitchen. Also misleading in the description.It is well made and, in my view, worth the money.

Very quiet and works great, first 100ml will come out cold if you turn off power to device but i just keep mine on. It looks very posh. Easy to operate and clean! I didn’t want to deal with limescale in a kettle so this has solved that problem and I get a lot of complements!

This item worked well for six months, then stopped dispensing the required amount, and threw out clouds of boiling steam, which was a scalding hazard. The seller did not respond to my request for a refund or repair under UK consumer law. Don't buy.

Produces hot water quite quickly and easy to use while looking good and at a very good price. But although it says it calibrate for the atmospheric pressure, at sea level I don't think the 100 deg c water is boiling so tea is cold and takes time to brew. Also the auto lock is nearly always on so instead of one click for a cup you need to unlock before dispensing water.

Controls are nice and easy to use and metering is accurate, so you know how much water you are going to get. Problem is that at 2050w it isn't powerful enough to produce hot water quickly enough for that water to be at a decent (much less boiling) temperature when it trickles into your cup.If it were around 3kW it would probably be a 5 star buy.Cannot recommend.

Good product. But as some comments say the 100 degree temperature doesn’t seem as 100 degree hot. And I wish they have some better design of the cap for refilling water, because sometimes it might get fiddly and dropped into the water tank.Overall it’s convenient and simple, good to use.
