Does not work the food does not stay neither cold or hot. No trick works I wish I would've made a better choice and believed all those b as reviews but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and now am stuck w this :(

Very dissatisfied
Very dissatisfied did not keep my food worm for an hour, tried all possible tricks, very hot food or worming the container with hot water did not help.
