I am an intrusion programmer by profession for more than 20 years. Prior to my purchase I thought this is a good deal with all the features that can alert the user by mobile phone. After completing the program and bought a SIM card worth $100 for the whole year this equipment does not send the alert even with maximum signal level.

I was thrilled at the beginning with the way this alarm system worked. But the siren stopped being loud in less than 8 months. I contacted the seller. Got a quick answer, which was they would offer me only $10 and settled for $15 refound. Really? most products in the U.S have at least have a YEAR warrany!Save yourself some money and buy something which at least has a one year warranty. Very disappointed. Now I am looking for a replacement. :-(

In spite of information to the contrary by seller and some others, this system does NOT have a chime function available. If it does, it is a well-kept secret. Nothing in "Chenglish" instruction manual, and no technical support from vendor. In fact, I don't think they even know what a chime function is! See other reviews for some other missing features in this system. Can't recommend for any purpose.

I disliked this alarm system. The sensors didn't last too long; and one night I was having a reunion with my whole family and all of the sudden the alarm got disarmed with no reason at all. Also, now the sensors batteries are not easy to find at a regular store and worst of all the are not chip at all.

Great product! Would recommend!

Instructions are not easy to follow up. don not buy this product. I have some technical skills as a systems administrator so I prefer to operate entire system instead of this type of product.

Units gsm(cell network) doesn't work and I wrote the company to get it working and no help.
