Revs - Lights - Men's and Women's Reflexology Massage Flip Flops

Revs Flip flops are such a great and unique concept, and this brand is top quality. You can tell the difference between the cheaper models so pay the extra. These Revs are effective, but still comfortable and also look pretty good. There are a lot of colors to choose from so once you narrow your color choice down, they are definitely worth buying. I was dubious at first, as I was not sure I would really gain any health benefits, but they were reduced to $45 dollars and I thought I would try them. I was fed up with Havanans and fit flops and wanted a change. Plus I really liked the idea of all the health benefits - more energy, and relief of lower back pain! There are also great reviews for plantar fasciitis which I now suffer from. I am also just generally tired from being a mum of 3 and working so they had to be worth a try! I have never had reflexology, mainly due to having no spare time for pampering myself! But my mother-in-law has had it for her sciatica and arthritis and swears by it, and now wears Revs to compliment her treatments.They arrived in a fabulous box - it explains all you need to know about how they work and how reflexology can help you - it shows you the points on the feet that map to the body and how the massage nodules work. The nodules are all different sizes and this is to do with which parts need a higher or lower pressure on each part of your feet. Walking on them feels a bit strange at first, some parts were even a bit nippy, but I persevered as per their wearing recommendations, and after a week I am amazed. I just want to wear them all the time now - AMAZING - so comfy, and yet you can feel the massaging work. I was really thirsty at first, and found myself drinking loads of water, I was sleeping through the night, had more energy, getting up in the morning with no bother and feeling great. I didn't change anything else in my life at this time so it can only be the Revs. I had read other reviews where people had experienced benefits with cellulite and eczema and I thought this sounded a bit farfetched from a pair of shoes, but I am now a total believer - these shoes work in exactly the same way as reflexology so they will help you with whatever you need help with. I am getting this for everyone’s Christmas present in my family now and secret Santa at work! Only problem is that if you can’t get them shipped direct from Amazon in the States, then you have to wait about a week to get them from the company in the UK but it’s worth it.

I wanted to love these. I don't. I dislike them enough to make the 30 minute drive to drop them at a UPS drop box or store. A few years ago I purchased a pair of Kenkohs for my daughter who was on her feet all day at work. We both liked them, a lot! That and the reviews for Revs are why I purchased these. Rev's are made by the same company and replaced Kenkohs, "to provide a wider range/variety". After purchasing these I can say Kenkohs quality these are not. I feel like Revs were made to replace a quality shoe/sandal with garbage and charge the same price based on the prior brands reputation.1. These have a terrible rubber strap. Yes, I did know that when I bought them. I have worn other flip flops with rubber straps but these ones rubbed the top of my foot raw. I don't believe this is because they are too tight or too lose, it's because this flip flop has no give or bend at all. There is 0 flexibility. Zero flexibility means as your foot moves, nothing, and I mean nothing. on this flip flop moves, so it rubs when your foot flexes or moves in the natural course of walking.2. As noted in #1 these have absolutely no flexibility. I guess if all you do is stand in them that is fine. But if you intend to move, your foot needs some flexibility in the sole of the shore/sandal/flip flop. Footwear of any kind should be stiff in the middle and flexible at the toes. Flexible soles helps the proper flex of the forefoot when walking.3. There is no cushioning at all. I understand fully they are massage flip flops. I have other massage sandals, and even my daughters old Kenkohs have some level of cushioning. These things are hard rubber rocks. The hardness would probably not be so bad if there was any flexibility, combined it is just miserable.4. I have Morton's Toe (my 2nd toe is longer and much flatter than my other toes) and have pain in my toe and ball of my foot from said condition. While these did provide relief to the end of my toe they actually created more pain to the ball of my foot. See hardness, lack of cushion under the massage nodules, and lack of flexibility.In closing, if you like stiff, immovable, inflexible rocks that will massage your feet, a river rock or pea gravel tile you cut yourself would be cheaper and probably feel about the same. PS, you might also be a masochist! Kidding people, kidding, just laugh and move along.

They're pricey--but worth every penny. This is my second pair because the dog literally ate my first pair. They're much better made than most flip flops, and I swear the foot massage they provide really energizes me, helps my slightly arthritic joints. I like them so much, think they're such great looking flip flops, I almost hate to wear them outside and get them dirty. But I do. I just wish Amazon offered them in more colors in women's sizes. Revs, which is an English company, also has a website from which you can order, and they do ship to the U.S.

These sandals have flexible soles and I love the acupressure treatment to the soles of my feet. I would prefer these with just one strap across instead of in a thong style. It takes a bit of wiggling to get my feet into these sandals. I cannot just slip them on quickly. But once I get them on I like them very much. I wear US Women's size 9-1/2 and I ordered these in 9 - they fit very well. First I ordered a different style in 10 and they were too big. I wish there were sizing information on the Amazon website!

I am a true size 9 women's and fortunately ordered size 8 women's. Glad I did. They fit perfectly.

Mis pies descansan perfectamente y activa la circulación, ya no siento pinchazos y piernas cansadas. Son suaves, flexibles y gustosas al caminar. Ha cumplido con mis expectativas .

Ich trage sie sehr gern, sogar mehrere Stunden als Arbeitsschuh in Spa Beteich.Manchmal muss ich das Halteband einfetten, weil es auf der Haut gern anklebt. Trotzdem ist der Rev einmalig spitze!!! 😊
