Love having this for outfits or dancing. As pictured and well put together.

To start with the good aspects, this skirt is pretty and flows well. However, the ribbon ties are already fraying, and all I did was wrap it around myself (I didn't even tie it). Sadly, the ties are also only just barely long enough, even though I wear a ladies' size medium. Something that says "one size fits all", as this does, I would expect to fit me, and it doesn't. If you deal with the fraying ribbon (a touch of clear nail polish, fray check, or fabric glue?), this could be a good skirt for children and most teens, but larger teens and many adults will not be able to wear it. If you're more than about a US size small, you'll probably be out of luck.

I saw this immediately needed to try it out. The color is correct, the fabric is light, the tie is fairly simple, which is great if you have tremoring hands like I do. I'm about 5'2" and the skirt is just long enough on me to reach near my ankles. It's flowy and beautiful. I love it!

So this is actually a little bigger (just 2-3" more fabric than expected) than it is listed. Regardless, it's very flowy and cute in a way that gives a beautiful silhouette when you move.I would still recommend cutting the tag and being gentle when washing, but other than that, I totally recommend it!

The skirt will fits most adult sizes. It wraps around the waist and ties. As a ballet skirt, it is sheer. I got it to wear over leggings. I got this as an alternative to the tulle skirts I find which usually bunch at the waist, and add the impression of weight gain at the abdomen. I prefer this fla- waisted skirt style.

This ballet skirt isn't really an XL. I think they increased the string to wrap around the waist without increasing the amount of fabric. It's like putting a towel on your body out of the shower and you have a bit showing still. I usually sit between a L and XL, with L being snug and XL being oversized. The XL skirt needed about a foot more fabric to actually cover my legs, and forget about overlapping the fabric.

The waist and ribbon length given are both accurate.The ribbons are unfinished, so I finished the ends before washing the skirt to prevent fraying.I like the blue color as an option. It is a little less traditional, but matches many of my leotards.There is a tag, but it rips off easily so that it doesn't ruin the look of the skirt.

I love how long and flowy this ballet skirt is! It took a while to arrive ngl, but I was super pleased with how the product looks so I don’t mind.
