Got this one to replace a much older and broken similar line in our laundry room. It’s nice to have a one that doesn’t sag while hanging clothes on it. Minor quibble, definitely be mindful of alignments horizontally and vertically. This is not something to just eyeball as the base and clip plates are not the same size nor does the string come out of the center of the base.

Easy to use. Hang clothes & when dry release line back into holder. Does not look like a clothesline. It is very discrete

My HOA doesn’t allow close lines… but in my porch this is absolutely perfect! I love how it stores itself when not in use. Haven’t had any issues with it retracting or it’s stability. Install took a hot second because I failed to read instructions so that’s on me! Definitely worth the money!
