This is a great electric bicycle which I highly recommend! The following observations should help you to understand why I am so pleased.The saddle has an effective set of rubber like springs built in, and it is very comfortable. It has an ingenuous quick release that allows you to tilt it up so that you can remove the battery without taking the seat post out. There is a small piece of plastic trim that prevents you from lowering the seat all the way down, but it can be removed easily.The box came very beat up I assume thanks to FedEx but the damage to the bike was minimal. There is a very small blemish in the paint above the name on the bike, and the steel cage of the rear derailer was bent. I had no problem straightening the cage of the derailer and getting it to work right. The brakes were a little difficult to get adjusted to my standards, but they actually work very well when you get them dialed in.The rear rack was hard to get mounted because it did not line up well with the drilled holes and the front opening was a little wider than the mounting points. I think that it may have been tweaked a little in shipment as well. After a little wrestling I got it to fit. Once the small bolts were tightened down it all straightened out. It feels sturdy enough to put a seat pad on, mounted on a wooden box for a passenger. I plan to add some foot pegs and some type of additional guard to keep their legs from getting in the chain or spokes of the wheel. I will upload additional photos when this is done.Because of the geared motor the bike has good torque when starting out. It still needs a little help from the pedals when climbing a steep hill. This is a much better bike than what is being sold locally for the same price. It has more power, a higher capacity battery, and a name brand derailer and shifters which work quite well.The bike is heavy but it is very solid which is actually more important for an electric bike. The folding feature is extremely convenient for us because my wife and I plan to stow it behind the rear seats in our 55 year old small airplane. Other pilots have already shown a great deal of interest in it and are anxious to hear how it works out.Despite a few minor shipment related shortcomings, the bike, with the nice controller, good sized battery and the 7 speed derailer is a very good value. In my youth I was a very successful bicycle racer and spent a lot of years assembling bicycles in bike shops and retail stores. This bike went together fairly easy for me, but I think that it would be a good idea for people without a lot of mechanical aptitude to have it assembled at a bike shop. I gave it five stars because it has exceeded my expectations.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update 5/22/2024The electric motor stopped working when climbing a hill. Because the bike has 7 speeds it was no problem to get back home. The display showed Error Code E09. The manual included says this is a "controller abnormality". The seller was very helpful trying to get my dead electric bicycle back on the road as quickly as possible. They used FedEx and provided a tracking number to send a replacement controller from California.The replacement controller was received quickly and fixed the problem! There are three Philips head screws holding the plate on that covered it. All the cable assemblies connecting to the controller have quick release connectors. One was glued together and gave me a little trouble, but the replacement still took only about 20 minutes.This seller is extremely responsive and stands behind their product. The part was sent by FedEx from California, and I received helpful responses almost immediately to every question even on the weekend. I could not be happier with the representative who handled my problem. I highly recommend this seller and this Electric Bike. There are other companies selling similar bikes on Amazon but when you find one that actually handles problems that arise quickly and without any hassles... that sets them apart from the others. I could not be happier with the way this minor problem was handled.

So far I love this bike. The F7 is really easy to use and since it’s step thru, it’s really easy to get on and off. It was really easy to assemble.

Bike was early assembled, works great and actually achieved a 31mph speed...what I don't understand is it states 1000w bike but is only 750w. Can you all explain to me what the confusion is. All in all it's a great bike.

The quality and performance is good, especially for this price range. My only real gripe is that is a cramp seating position and everything I read did not disclose that. I think the girls in the pictures for this bike must be very small because at 5’6” my wife made that bike look like a clown bike, but we just adjusted it out the best we could and will deal with it. The seller did offer refund on the bike, but it was $200 to send it back, yeah…

I like the practicality of folding and putting in the back of my car.
