Reliable! Beating The Florida Heat!
This rooftop AC unit has been an absolute lifesaver for our Florida food trailer business! Installation was way more straightforward than expected, my buddy and I knocked it out in about three hours with basic tools, despite neither of us having HVAC experience. It quickly changed our trailer from a sweaty 95-degree nightmare into a comfortable workspace. The noise level is another pleasant surprise, our old portable unit made taking orders nearly impossible during rush hours, but this runs quietly enough that we can easily hear customers even during our busiest lunch service. We did upgrade our batteries(definitely necessary since it draws about 70A on startup), but the payoff has been worth every penny. On battery power alone, we get about 4 hours of cooling during slower periods. It's been working great these past few weeks and I highly recommend it.
