i've gotten nothing but compliments about these pendants since i started wearing them. the felt provided is very absorbent and allows for an extended use with little oil. i put two to three drops of my oils on a felt pad when i got the item and i have not yet needed to replenish the oil on the pad. i love the fact that there are two pendants and also 12 felt pads to accommodate multiple scents and essences. i just ordered a second set for a friend that peers longingly at them. lol. i can't say anything about the chains they come with because i'm allergic to metal and use a simple piece of leather cord, but i'm sure the chains are fine and well made as well.

High quality items and they work well! I use one in my car and one clipped to a fan in my bedroom. Several replacement pads are included, so I can switch up aromas. Quality metal and clasp all working/secure. Comes in a nice gift box. I would definitely buy again!

These look just like they do in the pictures. I bought them for a gift for a friend but may buy more if she says they work well!
