My new go to. It works in seconds, No unnecessary ingredients, the price for what you get is honest and affordable unlike some others. Shipping was fast. So far this is the best I've found, aside from making your own. If you've never used magnesium oil, it does have a tingling sensation when you first start to use it.

I guess it really works in avoiding leg cramps at night when i rub them on my legs b4 bedtime

But temporary, of course. A bit oily but it does stop the ache (in my knee) promptly.

Product works... we have purchased this several times. The bottle is NOT sealed and leaks thru the sprayer. ALWAYS. sometimes more, sometimes less. Company should seal the bottle and include the spray cap in the packaging. They saved a penny and lost a long time customer.

I wanted one bottle of this item but got two and was charged for two !! I can not get my money back !!!!!!! The liquid had leaked all over the bag it was on !!!!! Sucks

As a Field Biologist, I do a much of my work outdoors on very irregular surfaces, and over the decades it has taken a toll on my knees as well as ankles: I start everyday by rubbing Magnesium on my knees as well as my ankles. I started getting cramps in my leg from walking. I walk 3 to 4 miles a day & I would get bad Charlie horses in my legs at night I tried everything i got a Charlie horse & rub this on my legs and it took second to be gone I was so happy because I would get them & I would be all over the place & this is a game changer and so grateful for this spray !!!
