These shorts are true to size, don't fade or shrink in the wash, they don't roll up or slide down the bum during wear. The are athletic in style and the fabric is good at Not hanging onto to sweat smells, they wash out well. It says to hand wash but I can't make that commitment- regular wash (cold water) is the best I can do! I try to dig them out to air dry- but they sometimes slip into the dryer anyway. nice value for the price.

My daughter has the hardest time finding dance shorts that fit her well and allow her to dance freely in class. These shorts fit the bill. We were worried that they may be a bit small but ended up fitting just right. They were also comfortable to her and didn't have anything seams that were causing itchiness either.

I got these for my daughter to wear during jiu jitsu. She says the fit well and move with her and do not ride up. They are also thick enough that they don't show through even when stretched. I got her the 13-14 even though she's only 11 and I thought they might be too big but they fit just fine.
