It does work
I have two dogs that pee in the same area right out side patio, They killed the grass , had to reseed lawn area and i used the dog spot spray as they say to use every 30 days for the last year the new grass has no dead areas and no spots, Works great and better then giving treats that was to do the same thing that don't work. I spray right before sprinklers come on.

Meh...
After using this product for six months as directed I am not impressed with the results. The change has been minimal at best, and now with fall beginning here and winter on the way the grass is starting to go dormant and I dont know how well the product will work.It certainly does NOT live up to the name of "Spotless Lawn". For the price they charge, it should. If you truly want a spotless lawn, follow your dog around the yard with a hose, get rid of your dog or teach it to pee on the neighbors yard.

Working so far.
I have tried other products of this kind before with no noticeable results. This product seems to be working. I was very please that they gave clear directions on how to use it and what I can realistically expect. The spots that are not completely dead are getting green. It explained that it can't turn grass that has been killed to green. So I am removed that dead grass and planting fresh. This should condition the soil so that grass grows with no problem. The new urine spots are not turning yellow, so I'm happy with that. I will continue to following the direction by putting on the grass every thirty days. I purchased an applicator bottle and it works well. Although you can attach that bottle to a hose, it difficult to control. There are 32 ounces in the bottle and I have a small area of lawn, 530 sqft. I didn't need that much of the solution. I only need about 9 oz. at 1.5 per gallon of water, 1 oz per gallon for future used after that. Just follow the direction on the bottle.

Haven't noticed any change in spots on lawn.
Product does not appear to be worth the investment as I have not noticed any changes in the pee spots in my yard.

It's Hard To Tell If It Works Or Not
So I started using this after the neighbors were kind enough to kill about 10 spots in my yard. I used two applications of this product and monitored closely. I ended up with a couple more spots, but I can't tell if they came about after the initial applications or not. I now have several spots in areas that I didn't re-treat, so I will be applying it again tomorrow and see if it ultimately helps. The areas that I treated heavily seem to have fewer new spots, so maybe it helps. I guess I just need to soak my entire lawn and check back for an updated review in a couple of weeks. All in all, this seems to at least help.

Didn't seem to work well for the price
Didn't seem to work but I have a small yard with a doberman as far as I can tell.Seemed it was pricey for the amount you get.

Doesn’t happen overnight
This product has worked great. I have 2 dogs and the spots in the yard were crazy. Got spotless lawn and treated the yard as recommended. Didn’t really have noticeable results the first time. The solution is brown as other reviews mentioned. Key note told you to water it in after application. Spraying it on is not watering it in. I watered for 30 mins after applying and no issues with the grass looking brown.Followed up with second application 2 weeks later and followed same process. After second application spots were starting to go away. Now I treat monthly as recommended and we have zero dog spots in the yard. If you want instant results this probably isn’t going to work. However if you have patience it works great over time.

Spot use in the worst areas and then hook up hose for an overall use
we recently moved from a house that had Pet artificial grass to a house with areal lawn…although we have one dog a female of 6yrs I came to understand that the chemical reaction the grass was having with her Urine…Females concentrate their urine into one area and if done frequently enough without dilution it will turn the grass yellow….this product brought back my lawn almost 100 percent in a few months…halfway through my second bottle and I can see a vast improvement….just follow the directions precisely and water….worth the money
