I used this for the first time today. I had a migraine. Normally i have to swallow 4 advil pills for a migraine. I hate swallowing pills, i have a real mental block with it. So when i found this powder, which i didn't even know existed, i was so happy but apprehensive that it had the strength to knock out my migraine. The moment i had my visual warnings of my headache, i pulled out one of these packets and slowly poured a bit at a time into my mouth, being careful not to inhale any of the powders. It has a slightly medicinal taste, but c'mon, it IS medicine. I wouldn't exactly call it a pixie stick, but considering you are swallowing caffeine, acetaminophen and aspirin, the taste is not awful at all. Totally doable. My headache aura was still going strong when i went home from work and was able to lay down. I noticed that the pain in my knees, which is always there, was gone. After an hour i noticed that i felt NO pain at all. By that time, even with advil, i would feel a bit of pain, kind of in the background. Not only did i feel no pain, i was able to take a nap which surprised me since i'm very sensitive to caffeine. An extra bonus. When i woke up, i still had no pain (it would have woken me up too) and 7 hours later, this headache is gone. WOW!! I just love this powder and i will never ever be without it again.

This doesn't taste mediciney. I like that it's powdered and works faster than taking pills

I thought this might be handy for my boyfriend because it contains both acetaminophen and aspirin. His headaches often defy normal OTC painkillers, but he's gotten good results from from this powder. It's a bit slower acting than capsules but often works as well as OTC meds that are more targeted, like those for migraine. I'd say this takes about a half hour to work fully.I like that it dissolves in water since staying hydrated is especially important while taking medicines like these. If you prefer, pouring the powder directly in your mouth is also a viable option which is sometimes easier on the go so the choice is nice. I personally think it's ideal to at least drink something with it as it's very strong. The taste is pretty decent when it's mixed, definitely preferable to any liquid medicine I've tried. I strongly suggest not taking this on an empty stomach as just as they suggest. In my experience, ignoring that recommendation leads to ample stomach pain.The packets themselves are strong enough to ensure they won't accidentally rip during transport but they're easy to open when intended. They're small and extremely portable. This is a two-pack and I was happy with the price because each box contains quite a lot of packets. Compared to other OTC medicines like this, I think it's actually quite a good value given how many doses you get. It will take me awhile to go through the boxes from this order but so far I'd consider purchasing it again.

These Goody's are by far my favorite flavor and I will say though these are the cheapy paper powder packs and not the better plastic coated ones. Quick and easy to use when you need them. Overall though good bang for your buck. Will buy again.
